Indoor sound insulation series
Product introduction
Rock wool board is an inorganic fiber board made of rock wool as the main raw material. Rock wool originated in Hawaii. After the first volcanic eruption on the island of Hawaii, the residents of the island found strands of soft rocks on the ground after melting. This is the rock wool fiber that humans first knew. The production process of rock wool simulates the natural process of volcanic eruption. It is made by putting high-quality basalt (or other natural minerals such as dolomite, quartz stone, limestone, etc.) into a furnace and heating it to high temperature to melt, then fiberizing it through special equipment, and then undergoing a series of processing to make rock wool board.
Details
Construction field: rock wool is widely used in building exterior wall insulation system, roof insulation system and industrial building insulation. Especially in the field of public buildings, high-rise buildings and civil buildings that have high requirements for fire protection, rock wool is widely used as building insulation materials.
Industrial field: rock wool, as the 1 new type of insulation material, is also widely used in industrial insulation. Such as large equipment, pipelines, etc. can be used rock wool insulation materials to achieve good insulation effect.
Shipbuilding industry: With the development of the shipbuilding industry, the application of rock wool in the shipbuilding industry is becoming more and more extensive. It is mainly used for cabin, ship health unit, crew lounge and power warehouse and other parts of the insulation and heat insulation.
Agricultural field: The application of rock wool in the agricultural field is mainly soilless cultivation. It can be used as a cultivation substrate to support the growth of plants and provide necessary nutrients and water.
